100% Shiraz, picked late in the season, a hot and dry year very good conditions for Port material. Fortified with grape spirit and then stored in old hogsheads for 6 years. 800 bottles produced.
Very much in the Portugese style of finer characters less sweeter than the Australian style, can be consumed after opening for several weeks.
